I am using an ASUS computer notebook. When I installed the above paid program, my internet line was cut off and offline or become disconnected. I do not know why. As I installed the same to my other computers, they worked. If I uninstalled the above program, the line is back and it is connected back the internect again.If you need any information like files to look at them please mentioned them and also need to show me where & how to get them as I am not a professional in computer. I am able to mail this question to you because I have uninstalled the above AVG program to get the internet line back. Thanks for your help.
