Hi, i have just renewed my security with AVG. I had the 2013 version but i bought the 2015 which i am trying to download , but i keep being blocked by a server name ??. I also bought the service that is supposed to connect to my computer and install it for me but i cannot connect to the support Panel . I waited 6 hours last night and 3 hours today for them to answer and i,m getting very annoyed with this . Is there something i,m not doing right??? Help
