I am trying to tell you that this doesn't work. I tried it again for giggles, but no joy. Uninstall doesn't work reliably; Watchdog is still running after uninstall, in fact. Your complete uninstaller (or whatever it's called; it cleans up the remnants) doesn't work, either.
It's an issue between AVG and the Microsoft installer. Your coders changed something and now the two are not completely compatible. It takes a Microsoft program to remove the remnants.

AVG is no longer a quality product. It's stopped on me twice now and I can't trust it. The repair isn't hard, but it's time consuming.
I want my money back.

I thougth I was done with this bullspit.
First AVG 2015 would not install. Nobody here could help further than providing boxed answers. It worked for a couple weeks and now it's no longer starting.
I'm done. Do you have a solution? If I have to figure this out myself, I will not be renewing for 2016. If I can't figure it out and don't get a reply here, I'm dumping in favor of McAfee and will expect a full refund. No suite that costs this much should ever fail, period.
