Hi

Thank you for your help. I was able to delete it. However, I was looking to run the Free version. Once I downloaded the AVG I ran a scan but couldn't fix the problems because it prompted me the AVG website and asked me to make a purchase? I have been using this since August 2014 for free?

I had to deactive the free version of the AVG 2015 virus protection to download itunes to restore my ipad. Now, I have tired everything to restore it and even went on to the removal tools to remove and reinstall and nothing worked. When i went to the removal tool it asks for your license # when i entered it, message came back saying the # couldnt be found?
Please help!

I dont believe it should be asking for a lisence for the removal tool… http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities you are getting it from here right? You should be able to easily reinstall it after this. Please let me know if you need more  help on this,
