I am getting errors when I try to logon to Windows Live Mail. My old ISP used PORT 25 for SMTP and PORT 110 for POP. Neither PORT required SSL. However, my new ISP uses PORT 587 for SMTP with no SSL, and PORT 995 for POP with SSL. Windows Live Mail is giving me ERROR ID: 0X800CCC0F. I looked up the error, and it indicates that it may be a problem with a setting in my AVG Ultimate 2015.
Is there someone that can direct me on how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance!!!
I am attaching a screen shot as requested, I had a difficult time adding it to the original issue, so I started from the beginning.
Following is the screen shot information that I had copied and saved to Word:
Thank you!
