Avinash, this article doesn't answer his (and now mine) question. This means that every couple days this annoying message will appear? If this is it I am uninstalling this AV.
On Sunday 4/26 I got a pop up to upgrade AVG 2015 free. I did. I then got a pop up to restart my computer. I did. Today Monday 4/27, I just got another pop up for AVG 2015 free telling me I need to upgrade again. How do I get out of this loop?

Described behavior shouldn't occur, in order to analyze it please provide us with http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe output (run it after inducing described behavior) and please add detailed description of issue.
