AVG 2017 Free ... scheduled scan problems

I have been having the same problem for months and followed instructions on fixing it and uninstalling reinstalling it.  Please send me instructions also as AVG has been top of the line until this version.

The most recent version of AVG 2017 Free will not run the scheduled scan properly. There are two issues, the scheduled scan does not "always" run when it reaches the scheduled time. (it doesn't matter if the PC is awake or asleep … I have set up a "Scheduled Task" in Windows 10 to wake up my PC 5 minutes before I have AVG scheduled to run a scan but even if I have my PC set to STAY awake all the time it will not "always" run) The second problem is that if my PC is in sleep mode at the time of the AVG scheduled scan, the schedule scan does not run when I wake up my PC. That was always working correctly on the old version of AVG. I have deleted AVG and reinstalled it and run the "FIX" tool in AVG but there has been no change. Can you tell me if the problem is being addressed and when a fix might be released?
