AVG 2017 upgrade completes but admin rights lost - part deux

Hello Earl,
We are sorry to hear that the issue persists. Could you please check if you have any other conflicting application installed along with AVG? If there is any, please remove them and check if you are able to activate the AVG program.
Thank you

I'm sorry, but I thought this issue passed…right now I see my computer has updated to the lasted distro 2017, I assume, and again I have no admin rights…it is now in Passive mode awaiting a reboot, but this is the same scenario as the last time. I have tried to enclose 2 .png files to show the message, but do not see a mechanism to add them in this post -  and also to show that I am the admin on this computer…this is a simple workgroup setup, and this is my personal desktop…

Hello Earl,
We are sorry to hear that the issue persists. There is no option to manage the settings from AVG Zen interface. We have emailed you the steps to collect error logs from your computer. Please follow the same and send us the output, so that our senior team will analyse the logs and assist you further.
Thank you

I just did exactly as you asked - I downloaded the executable from your last reply, I removed the unistall program from Windows Control Panel, and then installed the new exectuable - same issue - I am unable to manage, nor even shut down AVG as it insists I do not have the privileges. The error is the same as I posted.

Am I supposed to be able to managed my settings with this new Zen -installsetup-thingy?
