AVG 60 day trial

I have a question about the 60 day trial that I installed on my computer. I ran a scan and it showed some items that were causing or slowing performance. I then hit the resolve button and it took me to a
page that wanted me to subscribe for 1yr, 2yr, etc.  Does this 60 trial not take care of those issues?
 I activated the license code that was sent to me.  Any help on this question would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

AVG Internet Security scan also includes performance scan. However, to resolve performance issue detected by the scan you need to subscribe for AVG TuneUp.
