Hello, I am extremely desperate to know that if I will be charged for my AVC Tune Up for an amount of RM 129.00; it says on my email that I will be charged for the 'billing amount' of the specified amount of RM129.00 on 17 July 2019, please do not do so as this was a free trial clearly stated from AVG Tune Up for 60 days, please reply as soon as possible. As per our record, you have already cancelled the auto renewal service enabled for your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (60 day) trial order on 10th July 2019.
Today, you have received an email notification to remind you about this subscription expiry and it request you to pay for a 1 year subscription.
The email didn't mean that you are going to be charged automatically.
In general, when you sign up for AVG trial using your card details and agree to its terms and conditions, the auto renewal service will also be enabled.
An email notification will be sent prior to let you know about this process and if you aren't interested you can cancel the auto renewal service before the charge deduction.
