Avg account activation email not received

I have renewed my avg protection but I dont think it has downloaded properly. I tried to log into my AVG account but when I try and logo in it asked me to go to the email I received after payment which activates my AVG account. its not there so i asked for it to be resent 5 times now but it hasn`t come into my email or my junk. What should i do now?
