Hence, we request you to manually reactivate (using the activation code you received after the registration) your AVG programs, so that the newly renewed expiration date reflects in the program.

I purchased a renewal and put the activation code in the label space. Activated it on the computer but not on my account to update the other devices on the 10 device license. Cant get anyone to respond from "customer service". The chat window sat idle multiple time without connecting and the phone line was not helpful.
