About 3 months ago I activate a new avg key online and it showed on my avg acct subscription. Unfortunately my computer crash recently and I had to do a clean install. I install an avg older version I was using (before the crash) with the new key and it activates it successfully. But when it tells to register it I go online enter the code and it tells me activation code is already used. I know its already use because I was the one who entered it. I also notice that new key is no longer on my acct. Somehow my old key replace it. I research on your website about same situation and the answer provided is, it has to do with my email I provided when I created my acct. I always used the same email so I don't know what it could be. Any assistance you can provide I would greatly appreciate. Thank you in advance.
