However, I still got no message from the AVG team via email.

The problem is that I also bought AVG Secure VPN, which is allowed only on 5 devices. I'm using it on my laptop, PC, phone and it was also instaled on the PC from work. So, I've used it only on 4 devices. Today, the application had an error message… Something about multi-device/unlimited option. It didn't conected to the server. I had to re-login with my registration email. 

So, it's pretty clear to me that the person I've told you about, is using that code. Not only for Antivirus, but also for the VPN service.

That's why I'm a little bit impatient…

Hello!

Is there any chance to change my activation code? A person from work "stole" my code and he is using it on other few devices, which I really don't want.

I can provide all the information that is necessary to prove that I'm the owner of the product.

To be honest, I don't think this is possible, but I thought I can at least ask here…
