Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
I suggest you ignore the email as it is an automated email to remind you regarding the activation. Also, there is no other way to activate the License Number.
Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance with AVG.
I recently renewed my AVG Anti-Virus and received my new license info. I added it to my Internet Security Suite and it automatically updated my billing date to the correct renewal date. Today, I received an email that I have yet to activate my license. When I check, the new license is still on my program as well as the correct renewal date. AVG is fully functional and even updated the definitions this morning. I noticed the instructions on the email were for my old AVG software, before it updated itself to Security Suite last fall. I am assuming all is good-to-go since the program says I am fully protected. Do I ignore the email, or is there a way to activate my license other than adding it to my AVG subscription page? Thanks for the help.

Thank you for your quick response. I thought it was OK, but I wanted to make sure in case something would happen.
