I have been paying an annual fee tor internet security for a number of years. The system was installed on my computer and working . My computer went down and I had to replace it with a new computer. The original activation code I received was sent to an email address that no longer exists. I cannot log on to my account using the email address and I am now unable to get my activation code to install the protection on my new computer. My annual protection was renewed in September 2024. The AVG website does not provide any procedure for contacting AVG so I am now unable to activate it nor am I able to cancel the subscription.
