AVG add-in disables itself in Office 365...why?

Hello Bob,
I'm sorry to hear about this. May I know the issue is because of AVG Internet Security or AVG PC TuneUp. If AVG PC TuneUp, then open it > rescue center > undo > restore the AVG PC TuneUp. Also check if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.

Win 7 Ultimate OS and recently upgraded to Office 365 from Office 2013.  Now the AVG add-in auto disables with on/off, restart, sleep mode…why?  Office 365 spam control is poor so this feature helps but having to manually enable it is neanderthal.  Why does this stable feature now not function like with previous versions?  How do you enable it permanently with AVG Internet Security Ultimate?  Thank.  Bob
