Hi all, we have AVG admin console with stations at remote sites with all having the latest databases but possibly not the latest versions possible. The problem we have is that we are not able to use the full options of the Admin Console and we are not sure why this is. We cannot see some of the virus vaults, we are unable to update some of the AVG versions remotely too, although most will update. Any guidance on this would be great as logging on remotely every time is becoming far too time consuming. We have used wireshark and it appears port 6051 is still blocking communication between the remote PC`s. Is it something as simple as getting all version up to date, or do we have to configure ports to allow communications?  TIA
