AVG Admin Console

I have contacted support several times, but I am still waiting on a response. It appears Business support is ignoring my support requests. Any help you can provide would be appriciated.

We are using AVG Business Network antivirus application. At some point last year our clients and our Management Console stopped communicating. All of the clients show pending restart and old virus definitions, but inside the client apps, all the computers show current. We have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the clients, disabled the firewalls, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Any suggestions on how and what to troubleshoot the issue would be greatly appreciated.
