This is not necessarily an issue as the devices are already installed - so the network installer need not connect to them, as long as the stations can connect to the admin server over port 4158 (and 6051 for messages).
However you can ensure that all is true in this FAQ:

As well as ensuring that when you launch the network installer (for example through tools -> run AVG network installer wizard -> remote network installation [advanced mode] -> at step 6/9 enter domain administrator credentails in the format [domain][username]. Save the list of accounts for future use.

Hi.
My AVG Admin Console can connect perfectly with machines who already have AVG installed, but all machines appears offline in Network Installer.
All machines don't have a firewall enabled.
Can someone help me ?
