AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme

Additional info as I'm trying to solve my own problem.  I just started recharging my phone because I got an alert that it was at 20%.  I looked at the system time on my phone, and it said 4:34.  It's 9:30 here.  I've rebooted my phone again.  I did reboot the phone prior to posting.  So after my phone recharges a bit, I'll check the whole system time thing.  I do understand that if the system time is not correct, I will not get my alerts.

System time aside, I still have the issue of the 8:30 alarm going off when I had changed that alarm last night to 8:15.  Again, in my list of alarms, I have an 8:15am alarm, I do NOT have an 8:30am alarm, and an alarm DID go off at 8:30am.

Hi Terry,
What is current status, were you able to solve it or do you still need our assistance?
Thanks

I just sent an email to Mobile Technical Support, not realizing I could post on the forum.

I purchased AVG Alarm Xtreme.  I've been using it for months.  I use it to remind me to take my medicine.  The alarms are NOT working!!!  The last 3 alarms (4:30am, 7:30am and 8:15am) have not gone off.  I have an android phone.  Android version 4.0.1.

I checked to make sure sound for my phone was on (it is) and that I was not in airplane mode (I'm not).
I checked to make sure the alarms had check marks by them (they do).
I checked to make sure I was not in Vacation Mode (I'm not)
I checked Stopwatch, set it for 1 minute, and there is an audible alarm, increasing in volume.

I picked up my phone just now and an 8:30 alarm was going off. This, too, is a problem.  Last night, I changed the 8:30am alarm to 8:15am, and there is *NO* 8:30am alarm listed in my list of alarms.

The last thing I did to Alarm Xtreme was turn off my 1:30am alarm when I was going to bed.  Prior to doing this, my alarms were working perfectly.  I did not change any configuration settings in Alarm Xtreme, and I did not change any Android system settings on my phone.  I just did that one thing before going to bed ... turn off (uncheck) the 1:30am alarm.

I have gone to Utilities in Alarm Clock Xtreme and backed up my alarms to my SD.  I pray that I do not have to recreate the list of 19 alarms I have in Alarm Clock Xtreme.  Doing so is an incredibly tedious, time-consuming process, as I have labels for each alarm and each alarm is customized to perform the way I want it to.

I would be INCREDIBLY grateful for any help.
