First of all, please make sure AVG is up to date with latest definitions installed. Open AVG, click Menu -> Settings -> General -> Update.
If AVG is up to date, please let us know if you are seeing the threat detection pop up when you load Dashlane website only or randomly. If it is upon loading Dashlane website alone, I would request you to load it in a different web browser to verify the issue.
