AVG Alerts I can't get rid of

Hello Roger,

The warning regarding the bad reputation is based only on the number of users who rate the add-on/extension.
However, if you need the add-on, you can proceed to use it and ignore the warning that you receive from AVG.

Hi -

Than you for the reply! Attached is a screenshot of the Yahoo.Com e-mail Breach Warning. I have changed my Password several times and gone through the AVG reset procedure after each and it still shows a Bewach. I've re-installed the program to no avail. I'll have to a refund if it doesn't work properly. I just deleated the KeepVid Pro Firefox Add-On and that stopped the "Bad Reputation" AVG Popups. They don't seem to have a Fix. If I need to record a video I can just re-install the KeepVid Add-On it's simple to do.
Breach Warning

Hi - I have 2 problems. 1. I changed my Yahoo Password and followed the instructions on AVG Password Protection but it still shows a breach. How can I clear that warning? 2. I get an AVG Warning whenever I start Firefox saying that my KeepVid Add-On has a 1 star bad reputation. It works well for me and I want to keep the Add-On. How do I get rid of that warning that keeps popping up?

Hi -
Yes I've changed the passwords and clicked on the reset after the changes. This happened a few months ago but I can't remember what the solution was. I think AVG Support tried using remote control of my computer to fix it and I'm forry to say all of my desktop icons went white and the password problem wasn't fixed. I repaired the icon cash and AVG sent me instrucions on how to fix things but I have forgotten what it was. Maybe you have a removal tool that cleans everything up and then reinstalls things? Please let me know. I keep getting pop up warning. Than you, David
