My AVG anti-virus alerts me for the file (vcredist_x64.exe) which is located in my dell drivers folder.when i put into virus total it shows the detection ratio 1/54. Any info about the file.

Every 5 seconds I'm receiving a message that a threat has been found and removed. How can I turn this off/stop it please ?
