I only have one antivirus. I manually change those rules and then do a backup. It will stay on with that customised settings for awhile until the AVG-bug change it back. It allows almost everything, wasting my bandwidth and risking my machine. I would restore from backup but it doesn't last permantly. This been repeating since forever. Please pass it on to your developers to work on the bug.
I've repaired and reinstalled a thousand times, it doesn't help.
Thank you. I rarely use Wi-Fi. This problem happens regardless whether I use Wi-Fi or not. Something tells me this problem isn't going to be fixed since it has existed for awhile.
My AVG setting is to block all programs that I didn't define any rules on. Why is it that AVG would occasionally change that to Auto-Decide. This has been happening ever since I started using AVG. It's the one thing why I bought AVG for and they can't do it right. Does anyone know how to fix this AVG bug?

Before that, could you confirm whether you're changing the Wi-Fi network connection?
