I regret for the inconvenience caused to you. I'd like to inform you that AVG Cleaner and AVG Anti Virus for Mac are available for free. The app has same features and works fine irrespective of logging in using your email address and password. Also, AVG Zen app has been discontinued and it is no longer possible to remotely manage AVG apps installed across your devices. So it is not necessary to login using your email address and password.

Installed AVG Altima on my Mac comes with the avg cleaner, not able to connect to Zen to clean, error: passwords don't work, strange? same password as AVG account and it works, Is there any help out there with this @ 100 bucks a year, I should not be having this issue. When I called tech support they said they do not do Macs only PCs and to go the Forum? Thanks.
