I'm sorry to hear about this, in this case, I request you to repair AVG (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG), and reboot your computer once. After reboot, please check if your AVG program is working fine also check if you can open AVG PC Tuneup. Neither AVG (the main app) nor AVGPC Tuneup will open. I have tried ringing the 24/7 support telephone number for other countries (I live in Australia) and was told "this number is not connected". Could you please tell me how I might resolve this issue?
