AVG and "Child" account

Hello Heidi. Sorry to hear that. Please try the following steps and I hope it works.
1) From Administrator account, make the child account an Administrator (temporarily).
2) Restart Windows in Safe Mode with Networking. ( http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode ).
3) From child account repair AVG. ( http://avgclick.me/RepairAVG ).
4) Reboot PC.
5) From Administrator account, change child account back to Standard.
6) Login to child account and should no longer crash.
Please feel free to contact us back should you need any further assistance.

I have AVG 2013 installed on my Windows 8.1 computer.   About 6 months ago, I started having problems with my "Child" accounts (i.e. those set up for my children to use instead of standard user).  The system would blue screen with an error message referencing //AVG in the file/driver name.
If I set them up as standard users, this problem disappears, but I want to be able to set up child users, since they are 9, 7 and 3 respectively.
I tried allowing access to AVG in the child settings, but that did NOT resolve the problem.  Is there a solution, or are the two incompatible?
