AVG and Duel boot

I recommend you to install the trial version of AVG on both Windows 10 and Windows 7 for complete protection.

I have AVG 60 day try out.
My computer is DUEL boot. Windows 10 and windows 7.
Question is What do I need to do in order to have full protection on both Operating systems?
