Hello Hugh,
The message that you get as "location is exposed" is a campaign to know about our AVG Secure VPN product.
Our program will not be able to detect the third party VPN that is installed on your PC.
You can ignore the campaign, if you do not wish to use our VPN product.
If you do not wish to see any AVG campaign popups, then you can disable it from program settings.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>General–>Personal Privacy".
Uncheck the box that says "Show offers for our other products".
Thank you.
Hi. I am using AVG and also Express VPN. AVG tells me that my location is exposed and the anyone can see what I'm doing. Is this true given that I'm using a VPN?
Thanks
