May "paid for" avg has recently been updated to latest version, after restarting the 2 pc's i have with the same license number i find that i was unable to open the avg user interface, this has been resolved after paying £160 for avg technicians to remotely access my pc's.
On 1 of the pc's i now have a programme called "ccleaner" installed, it looks as though this is a trial version and i suppose i will have to spend out more money if i want to keep this piece of software on the pc. Is it necessary to keep this programme and what exactly does it do.
