Thank you for the clarifying the issue.
Our AVG Antivirus will not delete or doesn't have the option to delete the Windows System Restore Points whereas our AVG PC TuneUp program has the option for doing it but it won't do it automatically.
On the scanning of System cache and files on AVG PC TuneUp it will show a window with many of the options, one of it will be the delete system restore points and it will have the "check box" to tick. If you have ticked the option and proceeded with the clean progress then the restore points will be cleared.
Are you using the trial version of AVG PC TuneUp?
