AVG has worked great for a long time. With the upgrade to Windows 10 I changed my backup solution to Veeam Endpoint Backup. The two products have worked together without issue for over a month - each night backups would complete without issue.
The veeam product has not had a software update recently - none required, but yesterday it started to conflict with AVG.
Veeam attempts to create a VSS Snapshot at the beginning of the backup. If AVG is active this never finishes and eventually the PC hangs and must be rebooted. Disabling AVG prior to the backup resolves the problem. As I said, the products previously worked without issue.
Thoughts?
