Have already sent message and about this pathetic so called 'security system' which again I have an error come up on laptop 'VPN ran into a technical problem'.
This is getting annoying beyond extreme and wish I had never sent £38 for this crap software and should be entitled to a full refund.
I have took a screenshot but unable to send. The wording is as stated above.
I will be contacting the CEO as this is just a pathetic service!!!
