Life is too short to be an AVG customer. I have a valid, paid license through 5/2016. There has been nothing but problems since Windoes 10 came out. It has taken a ridiculouse effort just to get it uninstalled and I am unable to reinstall even with the valid license number AVG mailed to me - it is not accpeted as valid. – of course AVG offers to do it for you for just an additional $19.99 – back to Norton for me.
