The Zen interface issue is a known one and it is already fixed.
We request to repair the Zen interface by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY and then check whether the Zen interface issue gets resolved.
Please optimize your PC using the Performance program and then check whether you have issue in switching off your computer.
I have been having problems now with AVG and windows, I removed AVG completely and windows 10 works fine. load AVG both Protection and performance and I have issues starting up and switching off the computer. Today, I could not get AVG Zen to run, contacted the support centre and they took over my computer and said they would need to go into safe mode. I said, they could not run in safe mode as you have no internet connection, took me 2 hours to get out of it. I like AVG but, looking at a lot of these posts, they need to get the programme fixed.
