My problem is that I cannot access some apps from the start screen. It simply blinks out. I uninstalled two of them One being CNN (Obviously a repretable) and they won't re-install. They worked before my initial scan. Now, I cant use them. I believe it has something to do with "Cookies" . I cannot make exceptions in the settings. So, what do I do? How do I combat this situation? Any thoughts or suggestions?
