Rosa, On the 20th April 2018 Bhuvaneswari Vairavan (AVG Technologies) replied to one of your numerous postings advising that this is a known bug and to fix this, AVG need to reinstall the product. They have sent you an email, follow the email instructions to get in touch with the AVG remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it, free of cost.

AVG Anti-Hacking still not restored, (problem commenced 17 April, 2018.) I have uninstalled AVG Protection as requested, still not restored. Can Alan Binchy STOP sending me emails which I cannot reply to. I paid for AVG Internet Protection, which included Ant-Hacking.
