I apologize for the inconvenience. Is Hacker Protection is showing in red color? If yes, please uninstall AVG Internet Security from the control panel and reinstall it https://www.avg.com/en-ww/download to check the status.
If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of AVG Interface to check and assist further.
I still do not have AVG anti-hacking protection, (2 days so far.) I wonder what the policy is when you pay for full protection and it is not provided?
