AVG technicians have been aware of the problem regarding Anti-Hacking since early last week, still working on the problem??? I have been receiving emails telling me the same thing since I first lodged a query as to why the Ant-Hacking protection is not functioning. A person called Bingy keeps telling me that I need to stop asking questions.

I understand this must be upsetting. This is a known bug and to fix this, we need to reinstall the product. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it, free of cost.

Rosa, You weren't being told to stop asking questions. You were being politely asked to comply with the correct Community procedure of keeping everything together regarding your issue & to please post by answering in your existing topic & therefore refrain from carrying out multiple topic postings on the same subject!.
