AVG Anti-Spam not loading in Outlook

May I know the version of MS Outlook and AVG installed on your computer?

Please send me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of AVG AntiSpam grayed out in Outlook and active from the interface to assist further.

For some reason the Anti-Spam plugin is there in my Outlook but greyed out / not running. How do I get this working again as it used to?

I've checked the AVG dashboard and it's installed / active on there
