Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution. Thank you.
Please is there anyone who can urgently assist. Removed sim card from my smart phone and the avg anti theft has locked me out ( as it should which is great) but unable to gain access with 4 digit pin, unable to locate and unlock my device via the web interface. Am in South Africa so there is no support at all from avg until monday, skype and chat support not available, forums not much help either.
