If that doesn't help then please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H select the product as 'paid' in the support form even if you are using free product and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option and submit your query. Can someone change an anti theft password after a sim change?since i swapped a sim and my phone got locked and even after putting back the sim it stayed the same.
