Avg anti theft portal IS NO HELP AT ALL

Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I received an email saying that my sim card had been changed and that i should follow the prompts to take action which i did because my tablet was STOLEN when i log into my AVG account it SAYS there are no devices registered. I've added screen shots why can you tell me that the sim card has been change BUT you can not assist in taking any action. THAT IS STUPID can someone at least explain if you are clearly not able to actually assist AVG???

BELOW shows the email i received saying my sim card has been changed however the instructions fail to help as explained above the last screen shot shows that i do not have any registered devices how can there be no registered device if you sending me emails about my sim card be changed???
