AVG Anti Thief Lock- SIM Change

We regret for the inconvenience you are facing with the Antitheft feature. If you have installed AVG AntiVirus on your phone you might have enabled Anti-Theft service. If you change the SIM card the device will be locked automatically. To unlock the device, you need to use your Anti-Theft password.

Do not remove your device from the Remote Management at avgmobilation, Removing the device will keep it locked. before 5 days I  change my sim card, my mobile is lock by AVG anti thief, I try to put the same old sim, still my mobile is lock, I try to give insert the password , but show the password is incorrect, but with the same password, I can login from the internet browser, I also try to unlock m y mobile from avg internet browser, the shows the unlock command successfully send, still my mobile in lock,
yesterday my subscription period was ended
please give to suggestion to unlock my mobile without reset to factory setting,,
