I signed up for the 30 day free trial which expires on the 25th of December. AVG have informed me by email today that they are going to charge my card on the 22nd of December for the next 12 months.
I want to cancel it but am finding it difficult to do so, as only paid subscriptions appear on AVG account.
Is it a deliberate ploy to make it difficult to cancel?
