AVG Ultimate is a bundled package which includes AVG Internet Security & AVG TuneUp for windows computers. To check if it is installed on your computer, you can check the programs list.
To do so : Go to control panel - Programs & Features - Programs - Check if AVG Internet Security & TuneUp are listed.
Regarding AVG AntiTrack, we've sent you an email which includes the activation code. Reason being, privacy concerns.

In previous posts I have mentioned being unable to remember and do things doe to me being Bipolar.
This mental illness screws me up because I cant do the simplest things sometimes, and I wonder if you would be kind enough to help me yet again?
You have given me a link to change all me applications into one ULTMATE, unfortunately I am completely messed up and don't know if it has installed because I cannot find it on my pc progs.
Also I have Antitrack, and although I think its installed it keeps asking for a licence key all the time.
Do you think it would be possible to assist me? Im very embarrassed to ask again, I must be a nuisance.

I have changed my email from kdoc2001@hotmail.com to the new one which is colin.roberts70@outlook.com.
My old email address has been saved on my log in page, would you be ablw to either clear it off or establish my new email on it?

From your post, we see that the AVG protection program awaits activation & TuneUp needs to be installed.
To activate : Open AVG Free - My AVG - My subscriptions - Login to AVG account (use the same email address that you've used to reach us)
Here is the link which has the steps to : Download/Install/Activate TuneUp (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-TuneUp)
Follow the same steps to activate TuneUp as well & let us know if it helps.

on the Ultimate issue…I dont have Internet Security in my progs. I have Antivirus free ??
Driver Updater, Secure VPN,tune up and Anti track…dont know where my Internet Security has gone??

Its the log in page for avg community / support to which I elude. My old address is on it and theres no way for I to change it sir.
Of course you are quite right, I should not have left my current address on public display, just shows what a mess my head is in when I do daft things such as this.May I ask that you delete that page, and accept my thanks once again.

Thank you for the clarification.
When you are logged in to AVG MyAccount, you should be able to find options like 'Edit My Settings', 'Add My Photo' under which you should be able to find 'Sign Out'.
Click on it and then log into AVG MyAccount https://myaccount.avg.com/my-account-login using your new account credentials.
