AVG Anti Track constantly "Randomizing" and stopped outlook emails from working

Just installed and updated AVG Internet Security - Tune UP - VPN and Anti Tracking. Since I did this my outlook emails stopped working. Once I turned the "Anti Tracking" off they came in but doesn't this defeat the purpose of having antitracking on or does that mean I have to turn it on and off every time I bring my emails in?
The other question is that "Randomizing your fingerprint" is constantly going around and around continually counting down the minutes and seconds and consequently my privacy is only pretty good at 78% - Do I need to turn this off - if so how? or is this what it is supposed to do?
