AVG Anti-Track installed; but is it actually working?

You should not get the message saying you are being tracked since AVG AntiTrack is already installed and activated.
It seems there is a issue. May I know where do you get the message saying you are being tracked?
Is that on the program or on the email?

Hi,
I frequently get AVG promotional messaging to buy Anti-Track, so I bought and installed it a month ago.  Whenever I open it, I basically get all green lights and "your good to go!" 

However, a month later, I still get AVG messaging that states "You are being tracked"  …at that point, I am led to another paywall in order to buy more AVG Anti-Track.
So, how do I resolve that?
