Hi Kate,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the version of AVG AntiTrack that is installed on your computer (Open AVG AntiTrack - Menu - Settings).
Also, share us the screenshot of the pop up that you receive for better clarity.

I have a year on my subscription however with the new update, the AntiTrack just won't turn on and that pop up about threats is constantly showing.  How do we get to turn on the AntiTrack?  Specifically when I didn't turn it off and it turned off after the latest update.

I can't seem to add the picture - it says 'Potential tracking attempts dectected:143 View now'  The number never changes.

I have the same issue. It is very annoying and pops up every 10 seconds or so. Additionally, I can't turn on the features of anti-track as it immediately resets it back to "off". This is true for the "anti-tracking", the "Browser protection" and the "System Confidentially" functionalities (loosely translated from my language to english). I'm on version 3.0.185.190 too.

Kind regards,
Mikkel
